Volume Speaks Louder
Is the move real?
Volume = How many shares are traded.
It confirms price moves:
- Big move + High volume = Real conviction. The move is likely to continue.
- Big move + Low volume = Suspicious. Might be a fake-out.
Think of volume as the "fuel" for the price movement. No fuel = the car stops.
